She loves shoes, but above all she loves boots, a symbol of originality and fantasy. Tatiana Suèi, heart and soul of Suèi, summarizes her passion for footwear and horse riding in a collection poised between fashion and craftsmanship.
After studying design and engineering, Tatiana poured all her skills and inspiration into an ambitious and daring project: to create a unique and irreplaceable shoe. The Suèi collection was born thanks to a laborious work of research and design, which reinterprets the boot with modern rules and logic.
Twenty models born from the collaboration with artisans and artists who have interpreted a cult piece of the women’s wardrobe. For example, the artist Francesca Morlacchi personally oversaw the effigies of the horses that decorate the “A-la Equitazione” model. One of the best Italian heel factories, on the other hand, has created the ball heel of the “Yng & Yang” model.
But the attention to detail and the search for the best materials is evident in each boot. The beech sole, for example, gives comfort and elasticity. All leathers are of the highest quality and come from the best Italian tanneries. The breathable linings, treated with silver ions, allow you to wear shoes even without socks. The cashmere used for some leggings is branded by Loro Piana.
A Tuscan artisan workshop is in charge of the production process, which is sustainable and environmentally friendly. Sustainability is a basic issue for Tatiana, who is already working on the reuse of tires for the next collection. But that’s another story…
